Fall is here and I have an easy DIY fall room spray that you can make to get in the rhythm and welcome the season as it shyly makes its entrance.
This Fall I am inspired but with not much time to spend making or organizing a lot. I have this easy peasy room spray recipe that I’ll be using in my house through this season to bring the fall vibes inside and wake up our senses. With that said, it will be also a great way to start building some nice and fragrant memories in my household for my children as they grow and it just might be the right scent for you too.
I know that there are lots of options out there for room sprays and many of them have an amazing aroma. But I’ll be sticking out with a more natural homemade version of a room spray for inside the house. It is easy and fun to make your own. I’ll be making mine with essential oils. So follow along to get this recipe.
DIY Fall Room Spray
What you’ll need:
- 8 drops of cinnamon cassia essential oil
- 5 drops of clove essential oil
- 8 drops of bergamot essential oil
- 5 drops of sweet orange essential oil
- A 2-oz amber or cobalt mist bottle
- 2 fl oz of water
Fill up the 2-oz bottle with 2 fl oz of water. Next add the essential oils. Shake the bottle until all the ingredients are blended. You are done! Enjoy it!
For a more citrus-y scent, you can decrease the amount of cinnamon EO to 5 drops and increase the amounts of both bergamot EO to 10 drops and sweet orange EO to 8 drops.
